A note on dress: Socotra is a Muslim island. We ask that clothing be modest and respectful in villages and Hadiboh. Women, please bring at least one loose dress that covers shoulders and knees. Beachwear is fine at the beach. You can leave extra belongings locked safely in the vehicles each night.
